Be still and know . . . Take a moment and calm yourself. Sit in stillness and notice the feel of your feet on the floor. Take a normal breath and feel your breath inhale through your mouth and nose. Exhale gently. Breathe in. Breathe out. Concentrate on your breath. Notice your heartbeat. Listen to the sounds around you. Traffic? Birdsongs? Wind? Crickets? What do you hear?
These are the sounds of Saturday stillness. May you be one with the One. May you be peace in every breath. Namaste.
